This short course aims to present the potential of using the Modular Origami in the construction of regular polyhedra. This aims to provide support to the teacher interested in working it in Elementary School (7th grade) and High School fostering engagement between the participants and the object of study, providing interaction, handling and investigation. The Modular Origami is one of the opportunities in which the student can put his/her “hand” onto the object of study, allowing him/her to view regular polyhedra in a mathematically different way than if we were working with a static build or just talking about it, without any three-dimensional feature.
