Grammaticalization and teaching: the use of the argumentative operator "assim" in the Fluminense Northwest region’s speech

This article has as objective to demonstrate the use of the element “assim” in the different approaches to the study of Portuguese language. We intend to analyze the occurrence of this operator in narratives of personal and retold experience, in oral and written of informants from the Fluminense Northwest Region. For data analysis, we selected three uses of the element under study: deictic anaphoric, deictic cataphoric and filler of pause, taking into account the context of its realization. It is hoped this research contribute to filling a huge gap between the theories produced in the academy and school.Downloads
