Abstract

The present article has the intention of discussing on how the relationships between image technologies and text in the contemporary culture affect the current dynamics of memorization, above all those which are in question in the educational school project. Living the digital technological era and exchanges of instantaneous information, the mediations which occur from these pieces of information are shown as unique, establishing new dynamics which affect the storage of the events in the memory. Doing so, the education, also needs to follow the rhythm of theses developments, because it now deals with superemposed generations which are updated ones by the others and growing inserted into a digital world, storable and dynamic. Integrating this thinking process, we propose analyzing an activity in Literature for the students of high school based on analyses of contemporary movies in which, the cinema acts as a tool to aproximate the universe already known by the students to the one of the consagrated school knowledge, in case the literary movements.
