We share the experience of the Instituto Federal Fluminense (IFF) of adapting the articulation actions between the education of young people and adults with professional education (partnership IFF and Municipal Department of Education of Campos dos Goytacazes) to overcome the social distance imposed by the Pandemic of COVID-19. The work was aimed at building strategies for the technological appropriation of students, building a new course format for professional qualification, for the use of digital and social media oriented to entrepreneurial action. Faced with the challenge of overcoming the difficulties of the EJA public's access to the use of technologies, the agreement between the municipality and the IFF enabled the work of a multidisciplinary, multicampi, interinstitutional team to find solutions in the pedagogical field, offering students alternatives through of technological innovation in the training process. We take as a starting point the premise that innovation in education is beyond the available resources, it is in the new possibilities of using the tools, it is in understanding the educational phenomenon, its meanings and the diversity of possible interactions. The learning objects produced were made available in the virtual learning environment (VLE) of the IFF (Moodle), articulating the tutoring activities for the mobilization of the groups. All materials and activities were made available for internet browser and smartphone application. During the course, the course was attended by eleven employees from the Campos dos Goytacazes city hall (for tutoring activities) and twelve employees from the Instituto Federal Fluminense (pedagogical team and teachers in the technical areas). At first, three hundred inscriptions of interest were received, with a total of one hundred and thirty-five students taking the course.Downloads
