Abstract

This paper is not an ordinary academic paper. No pretensions to academicism or standardized formatting. It was written based on the theme of Internationalization in IFFluminense for a presentation to the Language Center of IFF (CELIFF), at the event “CELIFF beyond the Classroom: Nosotros speak CELIFF”, during the Saber-Fazer-Saber Week of 2022. It is, in fact, “a history”/”a trajectory” of Internationalization in IFFluminense, from the author’s own life trajectory within the institution, since the beginning, not only as a faculty member, but also as someone with extreme connection to the topics in question, with specific training, experience and practice for the proposed theme and target audience. It is a text, a testimonial, in the form of a paper.
