SÍNTESE E CARACTERIZAÇÃO FÍSICO-QUIMICA DE HIDROXIAPATITA RECOBERTA COM NANOPARTÍCULA DE PRATA (AgNPs) PARA REGENERAÇÃO ÓSSEA GUIADA
Resumo
The hydroxylapatite was synthesized by wet co-precipitation and slow digestion having as precursor reagents such as orthophosphoric acid and calcium hydroxide. In this way the synthesis of the deficient hydroxyapatite is started, the metal-based synthesis artifact is assembled in a Becker with calcium hydroxide solution (CaOH) with phosphoric acid drip at the rate of 5 drops per minute in constant flow in a total of 5 hours on a magnetic stirring heating plate. The obtained mass was dried, crushed and sieved in sieves and the powders were pressed by uniaxial pressing using a 500Kg force in a steel die with a diameter of 15mm and a height of 3-4mm. Then the pellets obtained were calcined at 1100 degrees Celsius and characterized by DRX, FTIR, Raman, AFM, in addition to dilatometer and hysterimeter analysis. After this step the silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) were synthesized on the surface and analyzed by SEM and EDS. The results showed that it was possible to obtain the matrix of hydroxyapatite and to cover with silver nanoparticles (AgNPs).Downloads
