Abstract
This study aims at promoting a discussion on the role of the main actors involved in the teaching and learning process, as well as their interactions, so that it can be redesigned in a critical manner in the light of the Game Theory. In a motivational perspective, teachers, students, families and researchers will find a new approach to interpersonal relationships in the classroom environment.
