The Experimental Vegetable Crop Station is located at Pesagro-UENF experimental unit, and aims at developing activities of experience exchange about regional vegetable crop growing. In this area open field and protected cultivation will be carry out according to management and cultural practices suitable for the regional climate conditions. Research projects, classes and extension activities will be integrated and courses, field days, and lectures related to research concerning to vegetable crops will be offered to the general and specialized public as a scientific communication activity. We hope the access to technical information and results from research focusing on regional climate conditions contributes to a more efficient vegetable crop production. For students and technicians, the experimental vegetable crop station may also give them an opportunity to acquire knowledge of new topics on vegetable cultivation. For the general public, this project is an opportunity to know about the activities developed by the university and to learn about research and vegetable crop production.Downloads
