Creación de una propuesta nacional para la coordinación de respuestas a eventos climáticos extremos: un enfoque basado en agentes autónomos e integración de instituciones de investigación

Resumen

El cambio climático intensifica eventos extremos como tormentas y sequías, lo que requiere soluciones eficientes. Este estudio propone el uso de agentes autónomos en la gestión de estos eventos, con tres objetivos: identificar las fases de gestión, capacitar a coordinadores de equipos apoyados por agentes autónomos y desarrollar un plan nacional. La estructura propuesta incluye seis agentes: un coordinador general y cinco agentes responsables de diagnóstico, preparación, monitoreo, entrenamiento y recuperación. Cada agente opera de manera integrada para garantizar una respuesta eficaz a los desafíos climáticos. Además, se propone una red nacional de agentes municipales conectados, integrando educación, investigación científica e inteligencia artificial para optimizar recursos y fortalecer la resiliencia comunitaria ante esta cuestión urgente.
