Challenges for implementing the 2030 Agenda in the light of sustainable water management

The 2030 Agenda contains seventeen sustainable development goals (SDG). Among them, the SDG 6 aims to ensure the sustainable water management, water availability and sanitation for all people on the planet. The use of sustainability indicators can point out ways to monitor and evaluate the implementation of the SDG. Thus, through bibliographic review, the objetive of this work is to systematize the main challenges related to the use of these indicators within the scope of the 2030 Agenda implementation, focusing on sustainable water management strategies and on the indicators system called "thrivability appraisal".Downloads
