The objective of this study is to evaluate and compare motor answers in reaction time tasks performed by aged women undergoing against resistance training (N, 15) for at least 6 months with sedentary aged women (N, 15) and college level young women (N, 15). The test of “reaction time” was used, and parallel and cross-over stimulation-reply was assessed. Among the groups, force training group (FTG), young group (YG) and sedentary group (SG), responses indicate significant differences as SG had the lowest time scores (diminished motor reply). Thus, it can be said that power training causes significant and consistent neuromuscular improvement.Downloads
