The teaching of materials and processes is constantly being updated in the context of design and architecture. This article presents the outcomes of the development of a series of educational publications focused on sustainable materials and processes, designed to address the demands of a new generation of students in project-based disciplines, presented in the form of comic books. Over four years, various graphic styles were tested on the characters. This article presents the evolution of the project to date, with the development of the principles that govern the comic book. It also addresses the development of the characters and models being adopted in the volumes of the series and the conclusions about the influence of style on the acceptance of the project's target audience.Downloads
