Poultry Production in Agroecological-Based Systems

Poultry farming in agroecological-based systems is considered a viable option for the diversification of income in family agriculture, with the sale of quality meat and eggs, contributing to the food and nutritional security of the consumer market. However, it presents a certain complexity, requiring knowledge of the recommended management techniques to obtain successful rearing. Therefore, this work aims to show, through bibliographical research, the requirements and recommendations inherent to the breeding of birds in agroecological-based production systems according to the recommendations of the current legislation.Downloads
