Abstract

The best performance of an organization is directly linked to the efficiency of its processes, so its improvement is of fundamental importance. This paper aims to propose process improvements of a metalworking company, using the process mapping methods to identify the performed activities, aiming at its organizational restructuring. The case study was carried out on-site, through observation and critical analysis of each step of the process. The result was a proposal for a new flowchart with the necessary corrections to improve its processes.
