Human Resource Management Standardization in Brazilian Organizations

Effective human resource management and implementation of good practices became essential to organizational survival. This work aimed at verifying the level of importance of human resource management standardized processes in organizations in Brazil according to the perception of a group of professionals on Linkedin. An electronic survey was carried out with 157 interviewees. The investigation verified that all the interviewees consider the implementation of a management system standard promotes the improvement of human resource management and of organizational processes, as well as various economic benefits.Downloads
