The centrality of users has been advocated by the Brazilian Social Service, aiming at the implementation of their rights through their ethical-political professional project. This article discusses this issue based on the discourse and professional activity in the health sector policy. For this study, we selected the qualitative and descriptive research methodologies, based on both literature review and field dimensions. Field research was carried out through interviews with 07 professionals, internship supervisors registered in a public institution of higher education. This proposal followed the recommendations of resolution 196/96 of the CNS and obtained approval of the CEP for its realization.Downloads
