Abstract

Vértices publishes vol. 28 no. 2 (2026), featuring twelve articles with contributions from researchers, professors, and students from our IFFluminense and various other Brazilian institutions, presenting research results from different fields of knowledge. The first eight works are original articles on topics such as Food Science, Linguistics, Literature, Engineering, Agricultural Sciences, and Education; and four literature review articles in the areas of Education, Human Sciences, and Health Sciences close out the issue.
